Tuber of the Week #29: Give 'em Somethin' to Talk About

Do you want your idea or product to attract attention?

One essential marketing element involves investing lots of creative energy so that the item's vehicle has universal appeal.

Building a mind-boggling Rube Goldberg Machine as the members of OK Go did for their song's video This Too Shall Pass doesn't hurt either...

Here is additional information on the making of the video.

--------------------------

Note: I initially saw this on this blog.

Wow! That was seriously amazing. Ok Go always has the best music videos. Weren't they the ones that had the video with the treadmills? I'm proud to say I saw them in concert back in the day :)

Darn- the video is blocked at work. I'll have to check back this evening.

"This too shall pass" is a favorite reminder of mine. "For everything there is a season.."

You do realize that this is a shallow parody of "An Honest Mistake" by The Bravery from 2005 don't you?

I love this video. To answer your statement, my son is always asking me to go to Bishop, so he is not worried about the cold. He loves it.

I couldn't watch the video! I'll have to try again. I do say "this too shall pass" all too often though.

That was an amazing video! I loved the umbrellas and the colored flags. I wish I could walk around campus singing a song like this and have things flying all over the place around me haha.
