Twighlight, Futbol, and Happy 4th

Since the holiday weekend continues for most into Monday, I'll hold my missing person post to Tuesday.

I'll leave you with a deep thought from an Okie friend Dr. Brad Duren:
The "Twilight" saga is a lot like World Cup soccer: everyone runs around for a few hours, no one scores, and the true fans say you have to watch it to understand and appreciate it.
Happy Independence Day to those in the States.

Happy Independence Day!

And you have to READ the Twilight series to understand it. The movies don't do it justice.

Funny quote. I read the first two books, and don't understand the hype.

i don't understand all the hype but my granddaughter swears that the twilight series is the best thing ever! i just laugh, of course, because everyone know that only nicholas sparks can fill the shoes of the 'best thing ever' ;)
hope you are enjoying your monday!

I will have to agree with that (being not a real fan of Twilight - proud to say I have never read the book nor watched a movie; aiming to keep it that way)

Hope you had a relaxing holiday!

Happy Independence day!!! And yeah, haha, I like Twilight (guilty as charged) but I do agree with the quote, it's kinda stupid but the heart likes what it likes! :) PS - the books are by no means Shakespeare but they are far better than the movies.
