Fortunately, if my effort is a complete bomb, I am able to quickly abscond from the visiting blog, and leave the mess created for the site's owner to clean-up.
With that intro, Mama Cass over at Casa di Cass has graciously let me blog over at her place today.
My topic?
Images of smiling accused criminals set to the lyrics of an old but popular song.
In the post, I try to delve into the mindset of folks like Jonathan Brown:
Mr. Brown: Charged w/DUI, Reckless Driving, & Obstruction of an Officer
Well, if Cass ever invites me back, it will be unexpected.
If you are interested in my guest post, it's here.
Otherwise, Happy Tuesday everyone!

I am not sure why, but I find the smile a little unsettling?
a guest blogger, interesting, I must take a peep..
Cheers,
Joanny
This topic definitely peeks my interest. What would you blog about if you guest blogged over on mine? I would imagine some sort of tips to wives about being nice to their husbands...
Although admittadly, no class of mug shots make me smile more than those that involve a scrunched up face and an obviously male hand or two holding the squirming face in place for the picture.
But these definitely crack me up.
I'm on my way. What a strange subject - I can't wait to find out more.
Funny but also a little distrubing ...particularly in the last example.
Yes, that smile is a little disturbing!
yeah that smile is unsettling off to see what you have to say...
I'll go check it out!
Sounds fun...Im going to check it out.
I dont know that I would have time to guest post anywhere. I hardly have time to write and read the million other blogs I love to read everyday.
I think its awesome you have the time and creative things to write about.
Makes my skin crawl!!
Thanks for the comments all and for following the link.
@ SoccerMom: I can agree it could get overwhelming fast. Fortunately, I limit myself to four blog posts per week and when I do a guest blog, it counts against that total (I'll just do a quick intro on my own site).
hahaha I like it! I went to read. My favorite was the sex offender one hahah. I always think it would be so weird to have a pic taken and not smile... but I would assume if I had just been arrested, I would not feel up to smiling :) It's "cool" (for lack of a better word) that some people let it roll off their backs.. btw- you did a good job with the guest post so you don't need to run for the eHills!
Slamdunk:
I detest those smug-ass perps that smile....every one fo them.
They should be "advised" in no certain terms to NOT smile...(cattle-prods anyone?)
The mugshots I DO like are the ones that looked like they gave the arresting officers a "hard time"...!
Now that's entertainment.
(and JUSTICE)
Interesting post! I'm your newest follower! Thanks for commenting on my blog!
I can't imagine why you would ever bomb!! I'm going to check it out now...
Now THAT sounds interesting... Going to check it out now.
Got it. Thanks. Hope all is well.
Nice job as guest blogger. I did leave a comment so if you want to know what I thought, you'll have to go back to the "scene of the crime."
Interesting topic. Honestly, the child endangerment one really bugged me. I mean, seriously, not funny!
You rock. That is all. :)
